ning an order under this section made by the Scottish Ministers is subject to annulment in pursu-
ance of a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
(8) A statutory instrument containing such an order which adds to, replaces or omits any part
of the text of an Act or of an Act of the Scottish Parliament is not to be made unless a draft of the
instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
94- Commencement
(1) This Act (except this Chapter and the provisions mentioned in subsection (3)) is to come
into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument ap-
point.
(2) Any day appointed for the purposes of Part 1 (other than sections 32 to 41), and the re-
lated amendments and repeals, is to be one decided by the Secretary of State and the Scottish
Ministers.
(3) The following are to come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order
made by statutory instrument appoint—
(a) sections 37 to 41,
(b) section 89.
(4) An order under this section may make different provision for different purposes.
95- Extent
(1) Sections 32 to 36 extend only to England andWales and Northern Ireland.
(2) Sections 37 to 41 extend only to Scotland.
96- Short title
This Act may be cited as the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003.
