(j) Proceedings resulting in the confiscation order
Indicate the following concerning the proceedings resulting in the confiscation order (tick the

□ (a) The person concerned appeared personally in the proceedings.
□ (b) The person concerned did not appear personally in the proceedings, but was represen-
ted by a legal counsellor.
